We’re excited to announce that the 2026 By DIOs for DIOs Annual Meeting will be held December 6–8, 2026 in Las Vegas, NV (Caesars Palace)!
We are now accepting workshop and poster submissions!

Call for Submissions Opens: April 20, 2026
Submission Deadline: June 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET
DIOs and ADIOs are invited to submit proposals that are interactive, practical, and relevant to the evolving needs of the GME community.
Workshops should:
Workshops should be designed as engaging, participatory sessions and include:
- A clear workshop plan outlining how time will be used
- 2–3 learning objectives for participants
- A concise workshop description
- A focus on innovation, what makes your session unique or impactful
- Identification of the target audience
- Defined takeaways or deliverables (e.g., templates, tools, action plans attendees can implement)
We strongly encourage interactive formats, including group discussion, case-based learning, and practical application.
Poster submissions may focus on:
- Research, innovation, or program implementation
- Quality improvement initiatives
- Educational strategies or institutional best practices
Accepted posters will be presented live on Sunday, December 6, and presenters should be prepared to engage with attendees.
