Cancellation Policy: To receive a refund, written cancellation requests must be submitted to the NADIO office at info@nadiogme.org by October 31, 2026. Approved cancellations will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for requests received after this date.

NADIO 2026 Annual Meeting Call for Submissions Extended
To allow additional time for submissions, the deadline for poster abstracts has been extended!
New Poster Submission Deadline: June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET
We encourage DIOs, ADIOs, and members of the GME community to share their work and innovations with colleagues from across the country.
Poster Topics May Include:
- Research, innovation, or program implementation
- Quality improvement initiatives
- Educational strategies
- Institutional best practices
- New approaches to GME leadership and administration
Accepted posters will be presented live during the Annual Meeting on Sunday, December 6, 2026. Presenters should be prepared to discuss their work and engage with attendees during the poster session.
