The NADIO 2026 Annual Meeting will be held December 6-8, 2026 in Las Vegas, Nevada
NADIO was formally established in Spring 2024 to create the first professional society for Designated Institutional Officials (DIOs). As of March 2026, there are over 350 members from 350 different institutions.
"NADIO is designated by the IRS as a 501c3 organization. Donations are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law."
**Individuals who donate will be recognized on “walk-in” slides and verbally at meeting opening (will not have logo recognition)
How to Sponsor:
To secure a sponsorship opportunity, please submit your application here. After submission, you will be prompted to select your sponsorship level. Once payment is processed, we will contact you to begin fulfilling the sponsorship.
Deadline to secure a sponsorship is October 1, 2025.
Custom Sponsorships:
Don’t see anything that is exactly what you want? Let us work with you to customize a sponsorship for you! Examples include but are not limited to sponsorship of a reception, lunch, breakfast, coffee break, or other session not associated with specific educational content.
Policies:
- Educational Content: Exhibitors at the NADIO 2026 Annual Meeting will have no role or influence in the development or delivery of educational content.
- Session Attendance: Exhibitors are not permitted to attend the Networking/Mentoring Lunch (Monday 12/7), Council Meetings and Report Out (Monday 12/7), or the Town Hall & Members Meeting (Tuesday 12/8). If more than one representative will be present in the exhibit space and attending sessions, each additional individual must register separately at a cost of $500 per person.
- Cancellation Policy: To receive a refund, written cancellation requests must be submitted to the NADIO office at info@nadiogme.org by October 31, 2026. Approved cancellations will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for requests received after this date.
Educational Content: Exhibitors of the NADIO 2026 Annual Meeting will have no involvement or influence in the educational content of the meeting.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS
One (1) 6 ft table of exhibit space also includes one individual representing your organization. If more than one person is representing at the exhibit space, there is an additional charge of $800 per person.
