Cancellation Policy: To receive a refund, written cancellation requests must be submitted to the NADIO office at info@nadiogme.org by October 31, 2025. Approved cancellations will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for requests received after this date.

Attendees who still need accommodations for that evening may request to be placed on a waitlist in case additional rooms become available. For those seeking alternate lodging, we recommend the Courtyard by Marriott St. Louis Downtown/Convention Center and the Magnolia Hotel St. Louis, both conveniently located on the same block as the Marriott. The Westin St. Louis and Hotel St. Louis are also excellent options located downtown, though slightly farther from the main hotel.
