The NADIO 2025 Annual Meeting will be held December 7-9, 2025 in St. Louis, MO.
An exciting opportunity– to be a part of the beginning!
NADIO was formally established in Spring 2024 to create the first professional society for Designated Institutional Officials (DIOs). As of April 2025, there are over 300 paid members from 300 different institutions.
"NADIO is designated by the IRS as a 501c3 organization. Donations are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law."
**Individuals who donate will be recognized on “walk-in” slides and verbally at meeting opening (will not have logo recognition)
How to Sponsor:
To secure a sponsorship opportunity, please submit your application here. After submission, you will be prompted to select your sponsorship level. Once payment is processed, we will contact you to begin fulfilling the sponsorship.
Deadline to secure a sponsorship is October 1, 2025.
Custom Sponsorships:
Don’t see anything that is exactly what you want? Let us work with you to customize a sponsorship for you! Examples include but are not limited to sponsorship of a reception, lunch, breakfast, coffee break, or other session not associated with specific educational content.
Policies:
All secured sponsorships will be reviewed and approved by NADIO. NADIO reserves the right to deny any application for sponsorship for any reason.
Cancellation: To cancel a sponsorship and receive a refund, a written request must be received to the NADIO office info@nadiogme.org by October 31, 2025.
Cancellation requests received by this date will receive a refund less a $50.00 processing fee. All requests received after October 31, 2025, will forfeit 100% of monies paid.
Educational Content: Exhibitors of the NADIO 2025 Annual Meeting will have no involvement or influence in the educational content of the meeting and are not permitted in any of the scheduled sessions.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS
One (1) 6 ft table of exhibit space also includes one individual representing your organization. Exhibitors are not permitted in scheduled sessions (including reception) of the NADIO 2025 Annual Meeting. If more than one person is representing at the exhibit space, there is an additional charge of $200 per person.
