NADIO: Poster Proposal Focus Areas – Deadline Extended to June 13!

We are aware that lots of innovative approaches to GME issues are being done across the country. Sharing with your peers is not only a great way to share what you are doing but also help colleagues in the process. To accommodate additional posters, we have extended the submission deadline to Friday, June 13, 2025

As you consider submitting a poster, we encourage submissions that address the evolving needs of DIOs. We’re especially interested in the following topics:

GME finances
Special reviews (may also be a skills session)
Implementing change based on ACGME surveys
Preparing for an institutional self-study and 10-year visit
Onboarding new program directors
Legal issues in GME
The role of AI in GME
ADIO roles and development
Integrating the DIO role into hospital leadership
Non-physician DIO perspectives
Faculty development programs
GMEC minutes (potential skills session)
Monitoring and managing APE action items
Annual Program Evaluations (APEs)

We welcome both practical, skill-based proposals and broader strategic insights. If you have experience or knowledge in any of these areas, we’d love to see your submission!

Whether you’re just starting out or bring years of experience as a DIO or ADIO, this meeting is your opportunity to grow, collaborate, and lead.
